I have been a patient of Dr. Midura for over 20 yrs. He’s an excellent, compassionate, very easy to talk to, never felt rushed, answered all my questions. Eased my anxiety before a major surgery. Very nice man overall!

They finally sent me a letter "regretfully" ending my service. I am SO HAPPY! This office has done nothing but belittle my family for years. When my father and I asked for assistance seeking help with weight management (non surgical) the doctor flat out told us it doesn't exist and they couldn't help. I immediately changed providers and was in a weight loss program less than a month after. My favorite update though is that they've cancelled service for my "deliquency to pay" but a check I sent, that was cleared in February is unaccounted for? I have been playing their games for months and refused to send a penny more when they claim they didn't receive the check. My entire family has now switched providers and they are receiving much better care. I would NOT recommend this office. They are stuck in 1973 with their blantant mysoginy and lack of new information.

Love my doctor but.... Front desk, making appointments, getting patient portal messages answered.... SLOWER than a turtle. Message machine bounces you all over, portal frequently ignored. Took them over TWO MONTHS to send me the paperwork a specialist needed filled out. Today cancelled my appt, with less than 2 hours notice and can't reschedule for 3 months! American medicine is past broken and that was before covid. Now it's just impossible. Guess I'll have to keep relying on myself for care and be prepared for the worst if I have an emergency. SMH
