Just started canning food. Took my pressure canner to be calibrated for food safety. Everyone was friendly and kind and offered tips on canning. Also said could call anytime if having difficulty and they would walk me through the process. Great experience for a newbie to canning!

I store for the winter my RV at the Cornell cooperative extension at Niagara county fairgrounds. Have been storing my trailer there for 12 years and never had a problem. Darlene is always helpful and upbeat and I would highly recommend you store your trailer here also.
