I’ve been going to this office since I was 5 years old at 33 it’s time for a change. Dr. Selbert is a very nice man and I will miss him very much, but I can’t get over the ancient way they do their paperwork. I’m not sure if they have heard of this amazing invention called a computer to put in all your patients appointments and information. The staff also looks like they ALL hate their job. I’ve seen more friendly staff from 17 year olds working at McDonald’s. I’ve gone in there numerous times and asked for a simple box of contacts and was asked if I called in ahead of time when I said I tried but nobody picked up I could hear the receptionist huff so loud people outside could prolly hear it as she thumbed threw her 1920’s patient chart.

This office and staff are outdated. I had gone to Dr. Selbert for over four years and had issues with my billing every year. I should have switched doctors earlier but they were affiliated with the facility that preformed my lasik. My last appointment was processed through to my insurance company incorrectly. This resulted in me having to pay out of pocket. The receptionist was unwilling to work with me to re-process the claim that she filed wrong the first time. Very rude, behind on billing and just simply behind the time.

Dr. Selbert is kind and thorough, the office staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is, in general, great. I’m so happy I found it here, and wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else!
