After placing many orders through Faire over the course of close to a year, I had a horrible experience with a horrible seller, and Faire decided that I kept two items from an order that I said I did not want, and would not accept, and they are now charging me for these two items that I either returned to them, or were held out of the original order to begin with (which would be exactly what I expect considering how horrible the seller is/was and I acknowledge that I should have checked inside the box before I sent it back, but I did not want to touch anything from this seller, at all. ever.) No way to call, if you do manage to find their 800# it goes to 'contact us via email' and if you are persistent with the 800# you get booted to a message box. Garbage. Buyer beware x1000, run from this marketplace.

This company keeps contacting me via email with ‘orders’ I’ve supposedly made. I have NEVER heard of this company before! I’m not happy and I hope this isn’t some dodgy fraudulent behaviour. Whoever it is, stop please!

Worst experience ever. The only way to reach out is through email and it takes a minimum of one day to get their useless response that doesn't even solve any of the problems. They NEVER answer what I asked and only reply with the things that they want to say. I had to lose my deal with the retailer because of this most inconvenient invoicing system they have. They NEVER approved my retailer's store profile and abandoned the invoice for more than TWO WEEKS even though the retail store was legit!!! DO NOT WASTE TIME! You will LOSE THE DEAL while waiting for Faire to approve the store(your buyer). Just use other invoice platforms!!!

Most of the brands I carry are now on Faire. And because of that every store in my neighborhood is able to carry brands I have stocked in my business for 10 years. It is pretty unfortunate. They are going to make stores go out of business cause we can't compete.
