Today I had a drive up order and when I got there, the guy who brought my stuff was so rude. He didn't say a single word to me, didn't ask for my code, and threw the bag in my face. If I didn't move my face it would have hit me. It was extremely rude. When I went to call and complain, it rang for so long before someone answered and hung up. When I called again I finally got a hold of the manager. Listen we all have bad days, I get it but don't throw a paying customers merchandise in their face without apologizing at all or saying a single word. On top of it, the drive up even said back left. So he should never have thrown it in through my window to begin with. There is people who have bad days, and there is someone who is just completely unprofessional and shouldn't be allowed to work around people.

I love this place but the clothing area for the kids was a complete mess. Everyone is school shopping right now so it was hard to find sizes since all the clothes were everywhere(on the floor, unfolded and thrown everywhere)
