Staff very helpful but hard to find some items.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience with in store pickup. I wish Target would empower their people to make exceptions to help the customer. Instead they are incredibly rigid when it comes to their 2 hour pickup window even though it was a single specific item. Instead they made us wait until the item was dropped off at the desk and even prioritized a drive up customer when we were standing in front of them.

Pretty sure target will be here to stay, but the kmart across the street will be out of business by the end of November.
