We ordered a Birthday cake 6 days in advance and the order was confirmed that day. We were called 2 days later by a very rude manager and told that the bakery was too busy to make the cake and hung up. There was no I am sorry,, just we can't. I have used Zoe's for 20 years and have never had a problem before, but I will find a new bakery that will fulfill an order as promised.

The absolute worst. Refused to refund our deposit for a wedding cake. They did not have samples ready for a schedule tasting appointment despite receiving a $200.00 advanced deposit. When we went to pick up the remaining samples, they were not ready. The staff was incredibly rude. The owner was worse. They refused to refund the deposit and wanted to know why we didnt want them to do the cake. If they cant get the samples right, how can they be trusted to get the wedding cake right. Terrible. Rude. Completely unprofessional. Never even asked what they could do to make it right. BTW - the samples were awful.

The absolute best Strawberry White Chocolate Cake. The quantity control with the Almond Croissants is slipping- most days the almond croissants are overcooked and dry. However, the rest of their products remain amazing. *please fix the ever deepening pothole at the main entrance.

Nice it used to be better
