Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Unresponsive especially via e-mail. Took months to finalize an order due to lack of communication. Not very helpful at all. Will never use this company again.

Stay away from them. I placed a big order with them and they didn't have some pieces in stock. Ended up getting the run around for over a week when i was on a deadline to finish the job. They charged me over $500 in restocking fees when it wasn't even my fault they couldn't provide the product that was promised to get expedited. Cost me tons of time and money there is plenty of other suppliers locally that will take care of their customers better than VP. My contractors nor myself will never use them or make purchases from them again. Repeatly called numerous times, never received any call backs or responses. Horrible customer service..

VP will gladly sell you the product but will never offer support. Told me to go back to the supplier. Product was 60 days old and didnt operate properly. Salesperson was actually confused as to why I was calling them. Go to Home Depot or Lowes. Not to mention 3 calls in to actually even speak to our Salesperson.
