Arrived at the Dewitt Erie Blvd Applebee's with friends only to be told by the Hostess that we couldn't be seated for 30 minutes as they were on break.. Asked if we could go to the bar and she said yeah!! Went to the bar and was immediately greeted by Destiny the bartender.. We asked if we could eat at the bar and she she absolutely.. Destiny served our drinks and took our order, in a very courteous and professional manner.. I ordered French onion soup, which came out half full and the cheese melted on top oh the bread.. I asked the manager that delivered it if it was a cup or bowl and she basically told me it was what is was! When the meals came out the guys got there's and mine came out as a takeout.. Destiny immediately saw this and took it back to the kitchen. Once it came back it was very good.. However the guys meal - M's was good, D's steak was cold and very tough, and J's was ice cold and disgusting.. None of this was Destiny's fault, but we will never go back to Dewitt Erie Blvd Applebee's. With Destiny's work ethics and ability, she needs to upgrade to a restaurant that appreciates and acknowledges her customer skills and abilities.

Sat for over 45 minutes before greeted by waitress. She was supposed to refill my drink but got "busy" (apparently someone/something more important) and forgot. Food adequate at best. CAN'T RECOMMEND.

El Presidente

Had to get a lemonade to help choke down this deep fried cardboard (after waiting 40 minutes for them to find the right cardboard so they could fry it and serve it to me). Won’t be back anytime soon.

$45 for cold food. Wasted $12 on a .25 cup of dip. Didn’t include any sauces. Food ice cold. 2nd terrible experience here. Will not be back.
