Recently took a HAND-DRAWN pencil sketch/illustration to get laminated here. While the staff at the store were courteous & professional at drop-off, they told me they had to send the item to another store for laminating due to the unusual sizing. At the other location, the illustration was torn! They laminated the torn drawing. While I can't fault this location for the tear, at pick up they planned on charging (at this location) for the item despite the irreparable damage. The item was returned to us free of charge only because we complained! Do NOT take your laminating jobs to UPS!
