Caluda's King Cake

Just the facts... On Sunday - ordered a King cake online. On Tuesday - called Caluda's and changed my "ship to" address from work to home because I realized my office would be closed on the scheduled delivery date of Friday. Friday - came and went. Friday evening checked my Fed Ex status - found out my order had been cancelled by Caluda's. Friday Night called Caluda's and left message - ship my cake or refund my money. Monday morning got an email they had refunded me. A business that cancels your order and waits until you call them to give you a refund then doesn't at least call to apologize or send an apology email is just BAD business and can't be trusted.

-Fair Warning- if you order online...this is what you get. - update, to respond, I'm not upset with the product, it's the fact that it arrived flat like someone's been sitting on it all day. In things future i would hope fragile or food was put on the box at least.

Wife bought the large cream cheese filled king cake. We cut several pieces and instead of continuously filled with cream cheese we only found dots of filling. Disappointed.
