4PM on a Saturday and the dining room is closed? Makes no sense. Either 4-5 employees working so being understaffed is out of the question.

Can’t sit inside. 5 employees working so don’t say it’s due to staffing. Reviews are correct unfortunately skip this place.

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The tall blonde at the register was very rude! Also, for no reason whatsoever they didn’t have the dining room open. From what I could tell, it’s because the manager was out and they didn’t want to clean up after people. They forgot an item on one of our sandwiches so we had to go back and a different associate was rude to my brother. Luckily, we didn’t leave the parking lot yet. Overall, just an awful experience. I love Jimmy John’s but would never recommend this location.
