Met with the greatest worker who knew his stuff!! Was so grateful for the time and attention he took with my daughter. And they have lots in common! Many cats and a couple of dogs, so he was very understanding!! Thank you so much for all the help today!!

The customer service at this store is appalling. I purchased 6 fish from this store on Sunday and one of the Angel Fish was dead Monday morning. I put the fish in a plastic bag and with receipt in hand, took the fish back to the store so I could get a refund or another fish. The store manager denied my return because I didn't bring a sample of my fish tank water with me. Obviously, because my other fish were still alive, I didn't have any issues with my multiple years established tank. I told the manager to just throw the fish away, because by the time I drove back to my home to get water and go back out to Front Street again, it would cost quite a bit in gas. I guess it's my fault I bought my fish there in the first place, because I saw multiple tanks with dead fish floating around and unhealthy fish swimming about. That should have been a major clue. If the return policy requires you to jump through hoops such as bringing in additional water along with the fish, then it should be stated on the receipt, which it was not.

Yes, both fresh and saltwater. You can even buy water for your tanks there at $0.89 a gallon you have to bring your own buckets. Ask for the water test right at the main checkout counter.
No cats here, i would ask though. They directed me to the snake I was looking for

Either Livingston's animal Kingdom or creature comforts you could also check PetSmart since you'll be in the area but any three of them should have lionhead rabbits

I know they sell guinea pigs but I'm not sure if they're that old.
Yes! Usually they only have one at a time so they aren't always in stock, just call when they're open to see 👍

They do sell birds! Go in and walk right. They'll be in their private, behind glass corner
Masks are required
You'll need to bring the fish in a plastic bag (put them in the freezer if needed) and a sample of the water they were kept in for testing, if they died because your water was toxic you will not get a replacement or a refund.
Most jobs are 17

I believe that they would replace at no charge.. But you could always contact the manufacturer of the light, I'm sure they would replace at no charge to you.

They don’t do that at the store but they can refer you to someone locally who does.
