FRIENDLY, but over priced when you use your insurance. at the first month was 39.99 after then 89.99 per day. what a surprised. I thought it is normal, the manager said after expired your insurance then the price is huge increased, but it is not true, I used the other branch with same condition. the other branch keeps the same price. what a ridiculous, I emailed to the manager but no answer anymore.

I booked a reservation a month and half out and when I showed up they didn't have the truck I requested. I needed a truck specifically and they didn't have one. I had to wait an extra 2 hours just to get one. However, they did accommodate me and tried their best to expedite a truck out to me which they did. Then a disappointing thing happened when I finally got in the truck and it smelt like cigarette smoke. It was so bad I had to go buy air freshners to help with the smell. It was so bad I seriously thought twice about having my 1 year old in that car for our road trip. They did help a little when I returned the car and took a day of fees off ($72), but unfortunately my health and my family's health are worth more than $72.
