The absolute worst experience, I was told we are waiting on the Coroner’s office then 45 DAYS later the coroners office calls me saying that they don’t want to do business with me due to communication. I live 1841 miles away and this is where my father picked. He bought coverage years ago and it had tripled in price. It felt like a way for them to get out of the agreement. When I called and talked to the manager/funeral director the level of rudeness was beyond words. Arguing with me, raising his voice, talking over me and stating non factual events. I took time off spent a little over a week 1800 miles from home waiting on them. Spent thousands of dollars to be talked to rude, talked over and disrespected. Talk about compassion in my time of need. Maybe if you live there they are ok but not if you are from out of town. The rudeness of Mitchell Morales almost made me travel 1800 miles back to California so he could learn some manners. My deceased dad worked funeral homes in his life and never acted in such a manner. I did get an apology from the arranger for the failure in communication as it wasn’t their intensions. This place is 100% about money and their timeframe and schedule only. Ol Mitch made that crystal clear. I hope Dignity Memorial is aware they offer anything but dignity. The stress that out on me after waiting for over a month on the paperwork I told them to send for me to sign multiply times was enormous. Now I have to drop everything again travel across the entire country again, find a new funeral home to deal with. Anything but a smooth passing…. Good luck with your dealing with this unorganized, disrespectful, rude, no communications and belittling staff.

Thank you to the staff especially to Mr Mitchell whom showed compassion , kindness and respect when we made the fist call of My Father in law passing . He took good care of us through out the process always in contact making sure we were not alone,.My Father in law was treated with respect and honor . Thank you for help us through this difficult time. Would recommended Mead Mortuary at your time of need.

The service was great at first, however it went down hill after that. Communication lacked as they had the wrong number. They like to talk about their customers negatively when picking their family member up. Ordered a necklace with my moms finger print and never received. They have become very I professional in the last two years. I will never recommend them.
