Absurd awful! They always had me calling the doctor or the insurance company, because they didn’t have some approval. The manager once said “she’s new and she didn’t scroll-down enough”. I was sick of being in the middle, trying to help them do their job. After about seven years I switched to Walgreens, I have not made any calls, they always know what to do, they always have my prescriptions right.
