I can’t even get through. So I tried to call and schedule an appointment in person. Still can’t get through. I just can’t believe how hard it is to get my third stimulus! I’ve been trying for the last 2 months. No one will answer my calls. Oh when they do tho, they transfer me just to drop my call. So upsetting.

Hello IRS Team. I need my tax refund , please! I am a law abidding faith filled citizen. Im not understanding if the IRS is feeble minded or just thrive off seeing working poor class taxpayers in economic distress. This is the worst tax season I have ever seen!!I filed my taxes on February 25, 2022 and I haven't gotten my refund yet. If its not in my account by Wednesday April6, 2022. Im filing a Civil Lawsuit and I will request reparation pay as well. I am very serious! You people have taken advantage of me and my family for too long!!Treat taxpayers with the respect and dignity they deserve. You wealthy folks don't care about us in this country. I don't want to hear no more excuses!! Please put my refund in my account!

Not to be Rude but if you walk in here these people are completely unqualified to deal with anything other then very simple straightforward W2 taxes…. Lady tried to tell me if you have $50,000 in an investment and u sell it a month later for the exact anount you put in with $0 profit your gonna be taxed on that 50,000…. If you want like to hand over $10,000 to the government for free go ahead and stop Right in to this place because these guys will set you right up for that

Horrible. Dont answer calls, when you happen to get through they hang up! Hire people who can actually do the job and its functions.

Identity theft. Only reason they wouldn't accept your information is if they already sent it off to an address that was provided to them using your identity.
