The service is terrible with one particular woman. Three separate times, I came to drop off a package and sent me back home. One day because it weighed 2 OZ more , another because I asked if I had to pay for the label and she said yes and when I asked to help me find Ones she refused. Another time she acted rude. She complains about everything and doesn’t help customers.
