I gave a good review on the app! But when I called to have them bring me a fork for my salad. They wanted me to give them the address. I told the manager (who basically said she would not look it up) that I don’t live at the hotel. I didn’t know the address. She further stated that if I wanted a fork that I, ME, not them had to give the address to her or she would NOT bring one and she’d hang and call it a good day. Which she did hang up. It’s so sad the lack of willingness to correct a mistake in order to have a happy customer. I was not upset until the manager started saying all this! I’m off to find a fork now so I can eat. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I ordered my food around 4:43 it’s now 5:58, we’re a mile from there store…. Never going to spend my money with them again. Very disappointed. Girl on the phone was very confused when I called an hour after I placed and paid for my order. Told me they just started making it it’ll take another 30 minutes… then another girl gets on the phone and says it’s on its way… ten minutes later it’s still not here..

Rude Management. I just asked a simple question about their App. Instead of getting any advice of a fix. She said can't do anything about it. I have over 800 points on the app. I said you are kinda being rude. I guess I'll have to call corporate. Her reply was "Fine by me". I know restaurant industry, have very well known accolades where I'm from, you don't act like that in a management position. Fired immediately.
