If I could leave no stars I would. We just had a horrible experience at this Dairy Queen, the young man took our money at the drive through, then grabbed a blue cleaning rag, which I know for a fact has chemicals on it because I worked at Dairy Queen once, wiped the counter then he grabbed our brownies with bare hands and put them into our cups. When I told them I wanted them remade because we watched him grab the brownies with no gloves on there was no apology and then we were told to pull up away from the window. So of course at that point we’re not sure what they were going to do to our ice creams. So I went in and got a refund because that is absolutely disgusting. And who I assume is the manager was not apologetic at all and all she said was “sorry for your experience.” I can say for an absolute fact that we will never be back to this Dairy Queen. We are in a PANDEMIC for crying out loud! And we have a four month old baby that could very easily get sick because of that young man. So upset with our experience. Dairy Queen needs to train their employees better at how to handle food safely.

The food is great I'd have to say chicken sandwhich wars is over best crispy chick hands down. I noticed these guys are a little busy and they hump it up to get that food out its impressive. However the voice on the other end of the mic can be a little pushy gotta give the customer a chance to speak. I understand that a big line can push the blood pressure but gotta hear that customer out. All in all a great experience!
