I BOUGHT RELAY FROM THIS COMPANY ON 11//09/2016 THEY SAID THAT I WILL HAVE IT BY 11/18/2016 I TRY THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY GIVE IT TO ME IS The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. WHEN I TALK WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE TOLD ME THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED ALREADY I TOLD HER TO GIVE ME THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT TOLD HER THAT SHE GIVE ME THE SAME TRACKING WITH THIS MESSAGE The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request.I TOLD HER TO CONNECT ME WITH HER S.P.AGAIN SHE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT 72 HOURS TO GET ANSWERS.I REFUSED AND ASK HER TO SEND TO ME MY MONEY BACK.I AM SO ANGRY AND I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS SEARS COMPANY AGAIN

Good service man repair. Unfortunately, the Sears Part was continuously on back order and never shipped to me. I paid in advance for control board and service. Since I did not receive the control board from Sears I would still like them to send it or reimburse me for the Clock control board #316557245 that I paid them in advance for. After many calls with reply "On Back Order" I bought the needed part from RepairClinic in Canton, Mi & shipped via Federal Express. Thanksgiving is no time to be on back order. Should I tell the thankful Turkey to wait for another year :)
