Years ago one of these employees were mean to me and yelled amit showing up and not calling. But years ago there wasn't the virus and they had unlocked doors. But this year, they got me the expedited hearing I requested since I was hospitalized and still admitted into a nursing home for rehab. If he can win my case in July, I'll comes back and give 5 stars. I've come back and made it 5 stars! 🤩 Guess what that means! Dorollo Nixon won my case in less than a year and a half! Thank you so much! Once I recover from this current surgery I had a few days ago, I will finally be able to get moved into a larger place and have my son come home. Thanks Dorollo! You've changed both my son's and my life!

Yes, definitely. If your mental illness prevents you from holding a job, you could be eligible for benefits. Many people receive benefits for mental health problems. The experienced lawyers at the Lachman & Gorton Law Office can help you figure out if you qualify.
Absolutely. Most people are denied benefits on their first application. At the Lachman & Gorton Law Office, we help you make your case as strong as possible on appeal. Appealing could be your best chance of winning benefits. Contact us today to get started.
You need to immediately notify the Department of Veterans Affairs in writing that you disagree with its decision and intend to appeal. The VA calls this your “Notice of Disagreement” or NOD. You can also get a veterans’ disability lawyer to make sure your appeal gets started properly.
The answer is complex. It all depends on the disability rating the Department of Veterans Affairs gives you, which tops out at 100 percent. You get paid certain amounts for each number. We can help you determine what your rating should be and how much you’ll receive each month.
In certain situations, yes. But mostly, personal injury cases settle out of court. Going to trial is a complicated decision. What you do need, however, is a lawyer protecting your rights, whether you go to trial or not. The insurance company is trying to give you as little money as possible. At the Lachman & Gorton Law Office, we can help you determine your best option for getting the money you need to move on with your life.
No. Despite what an adjuster might tell you, you do not need to give a statement to the insurance company. They’re trying to gather evidence to justify giving you as little money as possible.
It all depends on the severity of your injury and the costs incurred. Medical bills, lost property value, potential future earnings and pain and suffering all can add to the damages you receive.
You only pay us if you win your claim. Our fee will come out of your back benefits, which is a lump sum paid by the Social Security Administration to compensate you for the time you waited to have your benefits awarded.
Our attorneys have helped people in need win the benefits and damages they deserve for decades. Whether you have a personal injury case, Social Security Disability claim, veterans’ disability case or a construction accident case, we’ll fight for what you need to survive.
U might have screwed urself, but if ANYONE can help its LACHMAN & GORDON!
