Update Wow, I am truly astonished! The owner of Auto Express Credit replied to one of my reviews, I feel so flattered. Yet giving the response stated below "😃thank you for the review Rozlette. I wish we had someone with your name in our system then I could call you personally to discuss, unfortunately it doesn’t appear we ever sold a car to you" The owner of this establishment should consider replacing his assistance for their incompetence. I can understand if this circumstance wasn’t brief. Except, this event recently occurred yesterday as we were attempting to regain access to our car. As for my name in your system... darling my name has been in your system for over a week, granted shorter than my partner information. We certainly filled out your forms at your office, detailing my personal information along with my name, and my partner information (for a second time) as well. However, since you’re so polite and express signs of remorse for our unfortunate situation (wouldn’t wish this experience on any consumer!) We will love to reach out to you during business hours and hopefully get this problem resolved. Thank you, we'll be in touch soon.

Update: The owner kindly responded to this review, check out my newest review for more updates. In the upper right hand corner you'll see "Sort By" on your screen, look slightly below that and you'll see options like "most relevant" click "newest", and view all the updates there. Good morning reviewers, Discouraging times, desperate for a vehicle, need to go from point A to point B, bad credit, have a job? Easy acceptance, coinvent enough? Yea no, don't do it. Disregard all of the 4 stars reviews because this 1 review will save you from many headaches. Couple months, to 1 year down the line the reviewers will change, regret, and feel "used '' by this small junk auto shop. Allow me to break down this place for you, it's a predatory auto shop, their audience are low income, poverty, desperate, ignorant people. They appear to want to help you, and convince you that their services are safe and guarantee to help you in the long road. They don't require a credit score, which most people in America do have, it's just not "Good" credit (650+). Auto Express mainly require income, paystub (1month proof), in return for your hard earned money being spent at their shop, they offer you 1 year warranty or 12,000 miles courage for your vehicle. Here's the gist, the warranty is only covered by their "personal" "mechanic" to fix "any problems" that may occur (it will occur). I know you're thinking well that sounds wonderful, yea no. The warranty does not cover most problems that will occur, their assistant won't mention this to you until you're calling in about a problem. While you're in the process of getting repairs, you have to make a scheduled appointment (another fact they leave out). Once you schedule an appointment with their mechanic, they only take a "look" at your car and require you to make another appointment to fix it. Even after you go through those steps the car WILL NOT BE FIXED. It's just a big inconvenience. You have 30days of late payment before they tow your car away. However, they will give you a courtesy call before doing so, but your car will probably be turned off already. Because God forbid you start to feel the effect of a declining economy, haha am I right? Also if you're dealing with any delicate personal matters... avoid adding this stress onto your already stressful life. This environment is not professional nor welcoming, the team will play with your emotional intelligence. Between the sketchy work, the false promises, and dancing around serious questions, and not being able to assist you although they inform you're in good hands. Honestly a lawsuit should be filed against them for violating customers rights. PART 2 is coming

PART 3 My Personal Experience :( Now lets jump in. My partner and I moved to New York a few years back when Covid-19 broke out. Our living situation was horrible, and we had a baby on the way. We were determined to correct our situation no matter what. We saved up our money, bought a car from a jersey dealer and moved upstate New York to begin a new chapter. Unfortunately that car was junk BUT we didn't have to make payments on it, and we sold it pretty easily. After searching desperately (again) we found Auto Express, our friends took my partner to this dealership, obviously the process was easy enough to get the car and for the moment it was nice. 3 days later the car started to fall apart and problems occurred instantly. So bad that we had to take it to a different mechanic because the one they provided wasn't capable of fixing the issues. My partner is a hard working man, he provides for our family, tries his best to do the right thing and even scolds me when I'm against doing the right thing. When the car had 10 problems within a few months, Immediately I said let's abort the mission, it's costing us more than it's worth. When visiting another mechanic, He told us that as much as he appreciates a profit, honestly the car is certainly not worth all the repairs. Again, I'm Ms. Abandon ship. Yet, my partner faithfully believes he should do the right thing by this small business. Not only was he committed to doing the right thing, in the midst of grieving the loss of his father, brother, becoming a new father, and working constantly for a corporation that requires a great amount of patience. 10 Months later, his first repossession with this company happened on the day of our son's birthday august 25th, After 4 weeks of the car being in their possession. The brake lights are on, the alternator needs to be replaced, the new battery he put in the car is deceased, and the master cylinder needs replacement. Guess what? Everything isn't covered by the warranty. All of this happened within a 4 weeks time span. terrible contract.

PART 2 Of my review While I'm anticipating a rude response from the assistant or owner. I will continue to share my knowledge to the public in order to spread awareness of this Auto Shop tactic. The best thing about America is that we have the freedom to help others instead of finding loopholes to hinder others. If reviewers commence on dealing here, at least know what you're getting into so you can avoid being manipulated down the line when the realization of the tactic starts to set in. After properly being informed about this deal, and you still choose to freely continue forward. Do what you have to do, but if you can avoid investing in this type of tactic, do that as well. Honestly people, let's think about it. Why would a business that inflates the value of a junk car. Guarantee fixing the issues (THAT WILL OCCUR) by providing a 1 year warranty or 12,00 mileage for their own "personal mechanic" only? Clearly that's less profit on their end to fix your already junk car. When they repossess your car, they take "your valuables" but leave any trash behind. If you are desperate, ignorant, dealing with poverty, and need a car, DON'T DO IT. It's just going to go down hill once you drive out the lot with the car. It hasn't even been a year and the car cost us out of pocket more than it's worth. Definition of a junk car. At the end of the day it's a business. My intent is to get reviewers to understand what type of business this is, don't be convinced by 4 star reviews like I was. Their target audience are poverty, struggling, ignorant people.\ NOW PART 3 my personal experience.. coming next :(
