I’ve been here a couple times and the experience was pretty good. But recently we came just a little after opening time and it was not up to par with the other times. They weren’t as generous with the tapioca serving in the boba and it was oddly butchered. Soft on the outside and hard on the inside. Not to mention that the cashier wasn’t working so I was payed 60$ in 1$ and 5$. Really did not like the experience……….

The ice cream was excellent. Everyone liked watching the process of how it's made. There was a large party Infront of us so it did take almost 30 minutes for us to get our dessert. The employees are friendly but I bit overworked. The 2 of them worked very hard to take care of all the orders.

Ice cream was great. but the service not so much. been standing there waiting for someone to come over for like 20 minutes with no line and no body ahead of me. 1 person was making the ice cream, the other person was scrubbing the floor. and the third person was walking around demanding the other two to do this and that. It was a Friday evening around 6PM. its not like they are about to close or something. Overall terrible experience. do not recommend.

Looking for desert? This ice cream place is highly recommended! The prices are just under $10 bucks, but well worth it! They make it right in front of you! Very polite staff! Around $7 for the ice cream
We follow most of the guidelines provided by the Middletown Health department including sanitizing all countertops and tabletops as part of our closing procedure, all employees where masks when serving customers or when making the products we sell, ensuring that we take all orders at the cashier counter quickly and efficiently to avoid a line from forming, pre-making our ice creams every morning to allow for quick take-outs, sanitizer for our customers to use, tables have been set further apart for customers to separate themselves at their discretion, floors are disinfected every night, gloves are used at all times, and last but not least, removing all single-use serving utensils from customers' easy access.
