Progressive is the shittys company I have ever thought about getting insurance with my sister pays way to much for insurance totaled her car and they didn’t give anything for it being totaled. Only 3 days of a rental were paid for if u have progressive u suggest u trade company’s they are not the best

There needs to be an option for 0 stars. I filled a claim we’re my ex totaled my car… the claim agent was the laziest, unpleasant and oblivious person I’ve ever heard in my life. Literally denied the claim saying me and my ex lived at the same address even tho they had the wrong address on file and I was in a complete separate and new address. The general, geico, all state go with anyone but this company they will try to screw you over every chance they get. The whole office needs to be fired and find professions in stapling paper and staying off the phone. I’m currently in contact with an attorney about getting $26,000 that I’m owed and am still paying on a loan for a car I no longer have. Oh btw they never sent me the paperwork to appeal to prove we didn’t live together and they ignored me constantly when asked about.
