My caseworker was extremely rude on the phone . They closed my case because they said I had to fill out a paper which I never received. She doesn’t need to working with people if she’s going to be nasty .

I definitely agree with Wanda about how different they are from any other social service workers and offices! They're polite, helpful, caring and on top of their game. Anytime you apply for anything, you're applications are taken care of quickly and they contact you quickly. It makes a huge difference to finally be treated like a human from the people who's jobs are to help people! Not a job for uncaring or unsympathetic people. Thank you SCDSS and God bless you all.

This office employees are a good change from other Social Services agencies. They are kind, helpful, polite. They do everything they can to provide assistance when it's needed. A pleasure dealing with employees that know kindness.
