Called to have a cryo tank filled with liquid nitrogen, told customers are not allowed to own their own/tank have it filled. Completely bizarre, every other welding/gas supply in town does it. Oh well, going somewhere else.

They sold me a full CO2 canister, and when I returned several weeks later to swap it for a fresh one told me they can’t refill it without me paying an additional $20 to have it tested because it didn’t come from them. It most definitely did, because I’ve only ever been to this location to receive CO2. The owner proceeded to tell me “the customer is always right, but this didn’t come from us” and refused to admit the REMOTE POSSIBILITY someone in their shop could have made a mistake. Will not be coming back. That’s just bad business. Admit you’re wrong and forget the $20 so that you continue to get the customer’s business in the future. Instead you’ve lost sales for years to come.

I came in not knowing all the parts that was missing for my used welder they helped me out got me all the parts and even installed them. Super happy got to work turned it on and was welding.
