We was really enjoying this location specially because this place have a kids space, but unfortunately my autistic child now is unwelcome and my husband decides never come back. I'm not sure what happened but I really feel unnecessary and uncomfortable someone say maybe will create a new policies just because my child was there. I known about two occurrences evolved my child but I think when have more than five kids playing in this area they need one more adult to watching the kids and avoid fights or meltdowns or whatever. So it's mean I don't will renew my subscription because if my child can't stay so my whole family can't too. About machines and weight area is a little old but everything works but have some people that I really wish know what a special price they pay to rental exclusively a machine because sometimes nobody was in the machine but you will start your workout and this people appears and said I'm using this machine. How? This is magic. Great stuff except one or another but overall is great. It was great experience but unfortunately we stop this sooner than I expected.

The “GM” Gabe is very disrespectful. Hung up in my face this morning because I asked his name. I guess that’s how Genesis employees are trained. I reached out to corporate because of this matter.

I don't know anything about that, I do know they have Silver Sneakers classes which usually means they are tied into some insurance plans but either look for them in your book or give them a call.
