If I can give this place Zero stars, they would deserve it!!! This place is so disrespectful and unprofessional, they talk to you any kind of way and they prejudge you once you walk through the door. I really think they are racist and don’t like to serve African Americans that are legit and trying to protect their homes and families the exact way they do.

It already took 2 weeks, 3 visitts and number of phonecalls to get my gun transferred. Still no results. They charged $50 but don't even have time to look what the problem is. No respect for the customer. This place will be reported to manufacturer

I went to fire some blanks for my Legion Post at Range At 355 so we have some available if needed. I arrived with the clips of blanks with an M1. After shooting I easily policed 16 of the 40 brass I arrived with. There were some other shooters target shooting. I explained to one employee that wore a Marine Corp lanyard who served, used, and loved the M1 what I was doing. He spoke with the person that set people up in the range, they called a "CEASE FIRE" so I was able to police the rest of the brass. I have purchased items here in the past and used the ranges as well and recommend them. The staff is outstanding.

Me and my friends had a horrible experience here. We went in and immediately were given dirty looks and the atmosphere seemed very racist towards us. The employees treated us with zero respect, we were 3 people and 1 of us did not have a foid card the other 2 of us did. They would not allow our friend who was over 21 that had valid legal government identification on him to enter the range with us and said he even as a guest also has to have a foid card. I’ve never heard of such a thing before and have gone to several other ranges and never experienced this. I question if that is actually this ranges actual policy or if the employee was just being racist towards us.

They must sign a waiver and cannot be on range without you.
Yes go to the Illinois State Police website under the Firearms tab. That's the only way to renew it.
It has to match your drivers license address.
I believe they do help fill out the form, but its a lot easier and cheaper if you do it yourself through the Illinois State Police website. Its a very simple process
It's not a gun club, however everyone shooting needs a FOID card. They charge hourly per lane but allow up to two people per lane. If you are military, veteran, fire, EMS, or law enforcement they offer a special rate.
The range fees are the same every day of the week.
Not unless someone with a FOID is with you.
You may shoot slugs in a shotgun with full stock. We do not allow pistol grip shotguns or any size shot.
You may shoot air pellet rifles. Rifles or handguns shooting BBs are not allowed at all.
You either need a Firearm Owners Identification Card(FOID), or you need to be with someone who has one. You can apply for your own FOID card on the Illinois State Police website

No, it's about 75 feet. I believe that's the max distance you can set on the computer to take your target out.
All calibers can be used. Some types of ammo are restricted. Call ahead for specifics.
