Arrived at 10:55am for a noon appointment. Checked in, was told to sweep trailer and have 2 straps to secure load. Backed into door around 11:15 there were three other trucks unloading before me. It's now 3pm and I'm still being loaded, all 4 shipping docks are full. Dock 1 is receiving and they get in and out quickly. Truck next to me came in 2 hours after me and was loaded before me. 4:15 finally loaded got paperwork, waiting for seal. Avoid if possible.

Arrived 2h earlier than the appointment time. Got me loaded in 1h. Professional and organized.

Arrived at 9:20 am. Appointment at 11:00 am. They immediately gave the door, but they started loading only after they loaded another truck that arrived earlier. At 10:40 am loaded 3-4 pallets and stopped. As a result, only at 03:06 pm they loaded my truck. During the loading , there was only my truck and no one else. It's awful loading one track takes so much time for you.

I check in 1:20 earlier today they starting loading with in 15 minutes this is not bad .
