You guys clearly don't like listening to your employees about availability and if someone says they are only available to work Monday thru Friday, why go through the trouble of attempting to get them to work on Saturday and Sunday. News flash people have lives too and you don't own them.

It's a shame when they screw up your order anytime! But especially when you go through the drive thru and then you find out , after you leave it's not even the order you paid for! 😲
I have been a long time customer at this McDonald's, 5+ years on a daily basis, and I can honestly say that the service there now is the worst I've ever seen it. Wait times in the drive thru are getting longer by the day.
Sorry about your experience! This isn't my home store nor do I visit it often but I've been there a few times to help them out. They are extremely short handed and by no means is this an excuse for not reaching above your expectations and making sure you are happy. I actually helped there last night for a few hours. I'll make sure to let them know how you feel and I'll see that something changes and see what can be done to make sure this doesn't happen to you or anyone else again.
20 min wait for food. Granddaughter no apples in her child's meal. Older work decide it was her job to correct my granddaughter. She is 3 and she stood up in booth to look for her dad.
