My family and I for the last 4 years on and around the fourth of July, hit Lake Viking for boating and beach life fun! It's totally the cleanest Lake in Missouri not to mention the fireworks at the festival they throw is incredible to be apart of especially on a pontoon! Shout out to The Marine!!! Customer service is next level and they are beautiful people.

The team at the service department was extremely helpful and timely. I struggled for over a year to find a mechanic that would diagnose and help me out with a lower unit both in Kansas City and Lake of the Ozarks. I called them up, they got me in immediately and kept me in the loop for every step along the way. I will tell everyone I know with boat issues to go to Lake Viking Marine!

I bought my first Cobalt from Lake Viking in 2019. It was a great experience and they have been wonderful ever since. However, last Friday they went above and beyond. I had an impeller fail on my boat Friday late afternoon. I had 15 people headed to the lake that weekend and it was about to be a bust. I called and they spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping diagnose the issue to likely be the impeller. They said they could come Sat afternoon to fix it (1.5 hours away) but I said I wanted to try it myself so that it might be up and running Sat morning when my guests arrived. Matt Russell (service) spent another 20 minutes on the phone explaining how to replace the impeller and the tools I would need. He then left an impeller outside for me (as they were closing) and said we could figure it out next week on payment. I arrived after they closed, grabbed the bag they left for me with the impeller inside and headed to the lake. An hour later my impeller was changed and the boat was running perfect. I chatted with Matt Sat AM right at 8 and shared everything was working great and that he could cancel the service request to come to the lake that afternoon. A+ service and support - thank you for making sure my family and friends had a great weekend!!!
