One of the slowest Internet Providers next to spectrum. My internet is always on and off and now its gotten so bad to the point where I can't even load up youtube because it is slower than a snail as of late. It's already been a few days and it is unusable. I am better off going to the Ottawa Library because of how slow it is. I also have their VYVE 200 plan.

So here is the deal that I have to come to realize with VYVE after living in Ottawa for a little over a year. Dorothy and her VYVE location on 15th street is NOT the issue it is a Corporate issue. I have had VYVE since I moved to Ottawa from Illinois up until the beginning of May and dropped them because I wanted to call and talk about ways to lower the cost of my plan, this was during the time that VYVE was doing repairs in the area. I called each and every number I could find and used each and every prompt I could to be able to talk to someone about this and my only choices were to pay my bill or report an outage I could not talk to anyone or get any other prompts besides these two. I felt enraged instantly called ATT and set up an install date and as soon as I was done with work I canceled VYVE. ATT had a sweet deal, $50 a month locked price never changes. HOWEVER, I was only getting .9Mbps upload speeds. THIS IS NOTHING IT TOOK OVER 5 HOURS TO UPLOAD A 4 MINUTE VIDEO TO AN APP. Well today about 2 months later I happily walked back into VYVE on 15th st and spoke in person with Dorothy. She explained to me the corporate policy and that they do not have a phone to take calls from customers it all goes to corporate. Dorothy made she to make sure to let me know that if I or any VYVE customer I know is having issues or has complaints with the service or prices to take a ride to the shop and speak with her to try and get things fixed. I don't make promises but I swear to you make sure you stop into the store before switching away from VYVE I do not want anyone to regret being a stubborn SOB like myself just to come back to the undoubtedly best service in town. If you're ever going to make a switch from VYVE please make sure to do more research than I did and try and talk to the local shop first, she did not upsell, she made it as quick and easy as possible, and she is very grateful for the opportunity to at least speak to her customers before they make a choice to leave. Thank you Dorothy for the time, understanding, and explanations with all of my questions, you are a truly a great face for the VYVE brand when they do not do themselves the justice with their corporate customer service.

I would recommend vyve. We stream alot, plus kids on ps4 all the time. Helped us a bunch. Plus Dorthy who is in the office is super sweet.
Not great but in the ottawa area it is the best your going to get
