Not a very good place to work at. I started off as a electrical assembler working with the alternators that go with the engines. Eventually moved on to assembly line and from what I’ve seen it was not good. While trying to communicate electrical issues with the engineering department, the feedback is atrocious. On 3 instances I was told to cut down on 4/0 cable (cut down the diameter of the copper in the cable) in order to fit into a 1/0 breaker. That violates the NEC and has potential to be very dangerous ,but they didn’t seem to care, even when mentioned to them. I’ve had to fix things from other peoples responsibilities and jobs, such as control panels that were supposedly “Quality control checked” and the things missing in these control panels such as resistors and grounding wires made me wonder if people there really cared about the product they were building. Don’t get me wrong there were a few genuine people there that did care about what they did because at the end of the day they have to be able to sell the product. But just know the product you’re receiving is absolutely the bottom of the barrel in terms of a lot of things from quality to design. Don’t expect these generators to last more than 1-2 years, BECAUSE THEY WERE DESIGNED THAT WAY. in order to get the customer to rebuy the product because of how cheap it is. From a workplace perspective, to how they treat you and to what the customer is receiving, I would highly stay away from this place considering the things I’ve seen from working here.
