We stopped in here a few weeks ago to take care of some money transfers for our mortgage closing. In the past we have had long waits and very slow service at this location. We were helped by Ryan (personal banker) and Hope (teller), and they worked together ever so smoothly to help us get it done in a timely fashion. We really appreciate it!

How do these places still exist? Sat and waited close to 30 minutes, one teller, then was told needed to talk to a banker. Waited for a banker - 2 bankers met with one client. No sense of urgency. Poor experience for sure.

I showed up with my son 45 minutes before closing time and I was sent away because they didn’t have enough time to help me. There was no line inside. There were two men, at their desks, no customer across from them and not on their phones. I have been with this bank for 17 years and I’ve never had horrible customer service, until today. Saying that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. I may need to move my accounts elsewhere.

just let the average review speak for itself. this place is a joke. they lose your private info faster than they can send out a replacement credit card. I'm not joking here. they deactivated my card due to fraud (which they blamed on me) sent out a new credit card, and before I received it or used it, another cluster of fraudulent charges attacked my accounts. they canceled the new card and are sending me yet another, however this proves THEY are losing my sensitive info and then call me up quick to put the blame on me. saying it's due to online shopping and apple pay. I DIDN'T GET TO USE THE CARD YET. and no one would have that card number besides the bank. this bank is as shady and as useless as it gets. my money would be safer kept in my mailbox outside. I'm going in this weekend to pull everything I have from this joke of a company.
