FRAUDS! I worked for them. Was seeing over 100 patients in testing for COVID in early 2020. There was NO proper cleansing of products used, going from car to car, patient to patient. Just spreading COVID! I repeatedly said I wouldn't do that, it was wrong. The world was scared, heck I was scared. NO proper PPE was provided and gloves reused over and over on different patients. No lunch no break to go to the bathroom. Completely wong on all levels. Long and short I had COVID for a second time and had to turn in a resignation letter or per Vara, his wife, if I couldn't come in even knowing what was going on I would be fired! Loved the patients and my job as a former EMT, Emergency Room triage and 1st responder, this is what I loved. But those two wow! Should and could be taken to court and his license taken.

I cannot thank you enough doc. Within 1 hour of those 2 big antibiotic shots every bit of back and kidney pain, nausea, cramps and fever just began to lift off of me. I have never felt myself get better so fast in my life. I didn't know it was possible.

Wasn't too fond of the thought of going to urgent care in small town Gardner, but the physician there is incredible! Saw him yesterday and he caught appendicitis. Had an appendectomy last night, so thankful to him that he caught it!

Tried to use their Telehealth service for my husband. 15 minutes after scheduled appointment and no communication I phoned their office. First I was told they were busy and behind. Then I was told that I needed to call the office and have them do the check in. I already did that through the telehealth menu and was queued up in Zoom waiting for the physician. Then I was told that they needed insurance information. That same information was required and provided when making the appointment. Then I was told that there wasn't a doctor in that day, even though when making an appt it clearly indicates you would be speaking to a Dr., and that it would actually be a nurse practitioner. Then I was told that the NP couldn't see my husband through Telehealth for his particular illness. When I questioned that, I was THEN told as a new patient he would have to come in in-person. Absolutely ridiculous, poor communication and poorly run. I feel like I have been scammed. Just waiting to see if I get charged for all this nonsense.
