The Palace is a great mid-sized music venue. I've enjoyed concerts many times from the GA floor, and most recently I had a front row loge seat on the balcony which was perfect for a great view while not being in the crush on the floor. Sound quality is good, and bars on each floor make getting drinks easy and fast. Employees have always been helpful and friendly.

I really loved this theater. Great seats (a bit tight) but view of the stage seems to be fantastic everywhere. Audio was also fantastic for the recent Primus concert June 2022. Staff was great! Atmosphere was interesting, I like it!

First time at the Palace Theatre. Saw Matt Kearney and it was an awesome experience. We were in the back balcony and could fully enjoy the concert! Great acoustics!

The setup of the different levels made our experience really enjoyable. We were able to stand on the second level right in front of the guard rail where we could see above the first level. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a bit of congestion when everyone was trying to leave - the people upstairs were trying to merge with those from downstairs and the merch line was in the way making it take quite a while to exit. Otherwise we had a really nice time.

Would they ever cancel due to weather? Have tickets to the Revivalists this Saturday the 9th & we're supposed to get a major snowstorm.

Brian Huggins | Feb 19, 2020

Usually from my experience, it is the band that cancels due to not being able to make it, in northern shows, not the venue. I remember going to Brother Ali up north at a ski bar. 14 inches of snow that day. Venue didn't close Ali made it so the show went on. Hope this helps. Have fun! That will be a fun show.

Our tickets say must be printed and Palace staff haven't responded to email. Seems odd, is this true?

I went to the Palace a couple of months ago, and even tho my friend bought our tickets months in advance she could not print until a few days before the show. I'm not sure if she had to, but we all had printed tickets

What time would the doors open for an 8:00 PM show?

Joseph Ching | Feb 19, 2020

From my experience, door opens at 6pm if you'd like to be front in line, and be close to center of the stage. Normally I get there between 7:30 and 8, and the opening act should be playing around then.
