I absolutely love this company! I requested a quote through Yelp and received something within minutes. No one else responded this fast and most did respond at all. I then contacted Mark because I was going to be traveling with my 89-yr old mother, moving her from Kansas to Oregon and we had really heavy luggage and a walker. He was so sweet about it and got me all setup within the quoted rate. The night before, our wonderful driver, James, called to make sure a SUV would be OK and I said yes. He called the next morning and helped me with our luggage and was so incredibly sweet to my tiny little mama. She just adored him. His driving was great and we felt very safe and the ride was very smooth. When we got to the airport, James helped with the luggage, and stayed with my mama in the SUV until a wheelchair could be found. I can't thank him enough! He took such a stressful situation for me and made it so easy! He is truly a gem! I highly recommend Roundabout for all your transportation needs!
