By far the most incompetent shipping service in the state of Colorado. Can’t scan packages properly, constantly breaking packages, packages always late or missing, and management denies responsibility. Tell me why I showed up here and had to find my own package despite being told it wasn’t there/ they didn’t know where it was? Get your act together. Deliver packages on time and handle them with care. Is that so hard?

Don't even know where to start. I have shipped at UPS the facilities all over the country and this is the best one I have ever been in including major hubs in Atlanta, mn, and new Mexico. Everybody was fantastic especially Elias. Thank you guys. See you soon.

This is a horrible store with horrible customer service. AVOID USING UPS. They put the wrong label on a package that was supposed to be expedited which resulted in it being "locked" in a building all weekend days after the delivery date we paid for. They will not assist you if you need help.

This UPS is truly a beautiful establishment. After reading the terrifying reviews of the other UPS stores, I decided to embark on the journey to this location on my bike. But, I fell off my bike as I was trying to find this UPS. Covered in blood, I was still fully determined to return my Amazon package. I eventually found it and I was warmly welcomed into the store. I was given bandaids, hand sanitizer wipes, and the good man did the entire returning process for me. I wasn’t charged for printing like in the other UPS store. He even directed me to the nearest hospital and I got a few stitches. I wish I remembered his name because he was really the biggest sweetie. Everyone was friendly and this was the best customer service I have ever received.Thank you for the rating! We appreciate your positive rating for this UPS location.
