The Clearing Apartments

I am moving soon and wanted to share my experience with The Clearing, a place have called home for nearly 2 years. 1st, my moving is due to relocation, for those wondering. Now, my rating is an all things considered rating- meaning: For the price, location, peace, pleasure and lets not forget GREAT Apartment Manager it's worth it. I would've loved in unit laundry and a pool but hey- Its all Electric and that makes up for it. Charity was my first interaction with this area which I was new to because I moved from Saint Louis and I remember thinking, "I can tell she's a great person, I should move there" And I was right, She is! She cares, she works hard and she exceeds our job duties. She even fixed my garbage disposal once😉. The apartments are spacious, I love the closets and I hear there are updates happening. The complex is good, we have groundsmen who try to keep up us sometimes the trash is beyond full but we all play apart. What I love and will miss most is the peaceful atmosphere and these darn neighbors! People are sweet here, truly good people and people make up most of your living environment. Oh and they are the cheapest apartments that are in good shape in the World!! Seriously, go check the prices Ultimately, no where is perfect but I would live here again. So guys that's it, if you are looking for an affordable, friendly, very limited crime area(A-) to stay. Call The Clearing! Be Good to Charity!!!

I love the clearing and certainly LOVE the management team here. Maintenance request are taken care of accordingly and in a timely manner. Don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

Needed a place to live fast, Charity had an opening and was able to get me in! She always listens to what you have to say and will always do her best to help you out!
