I live in midtown which means I can walk to several cafés before driving is even a requirement. It requires effort on my end to waste time and several gallons of premium gas to patronize NW. I ordered my second drink of choice Vanilla Cold Brew with Oat Milk bevause this establishment doesn't severe Nitro Cold Brew. The female batista comes from the other end of the bar and with and attitude states "You know it's actual pumps of vanilla". In my mind I'm thinking clearly cold brew and vanilla are two different items on the menu. Than I proceed to say "How is that different from any other place"? She couldn't explain. Her attitude was the least desirable part of my morning. An older gentleman walked in she says "Hello mr xyz" with a smile. Keep in mind she never said hello to me before speaking. Fast forward she proceeds to prepare his drink clearly he's a regular. This is where my second issue came into play. She made his drink and severed him before pouring me NW pre package cold brew (yuck). Here energy was least desirable and why I requested a refund and proceeded to Dessert Oasis located in Capital Park area of downtown.

This place is lovely! The coffee was delicious! The baked goods looked incredible, I heard numerous guests talking about their favorites. Lots of people have regular orders. They have an app with a digital punch card (who doesn't love free coffee?). The app is easy to use and you can even order ahead! I will definitely be back!

Cappuccino is fabulously made and the community named fruit drinks are tasty. The work crew are great too. Friendly folks and good food--what more is needed to start your day!!!
