Staff lacks customer service. Trying to get an appointment scheduled should not be so difficult. The office asked me to call my ins company to get further info when I provided all the details I have on the email Nw cards issued by the carrier. On top of that with the attitude, speaking over me, etc. Other places, they verify with what’s on the card. Their not- helpful unfriendly attitude made me go elsewhere. If you’re in the medical / service industry please be more helpful to patients. We are your clients at the end of the day and you’re not by no means the only provider. My advice, put your staff through a Customer Service training. Steer clear from this office if you’re looking for good friendly service.

I was right when I found this site for a relative, it exceeded my expectations, it breaks the scheme of any dental clinic, the way the doctor and his team treat you make you feel safe in what they are going to do to you, the way the doctor treated me family member who has a delicate health condition was very special, I recommend the Homestead office 💯

I have been a patient of ODC for nearly three years. I had several crowns installed. Alexis Otero worked with me using temporaries to insure my approval. I had an issue with two of the crowns installed as they were bulky: I wanted the bulk removed as it felt awkward and impeded on my "s" words. I met with ADRIAN GONZALEZ today, and he listened to my concerns, walked me through a few vocal tests, and discovered the issue! Dr. Gonzalez then knew exactly what to do! Dr. Gonzalez was VERY methodical in the use of his well-versed skills. I am a very "attention-to-detail" individual, and Dr. Gonzalez did not disappoint. Dr. Gonzalez has a KEEN EYE when it comes to dentistry. Most importantly, HE LISTENS TO HIS PATIENTS! This is paramount to success! I am VERY happy, and believe me... I am NOT easy to please. He is a true DENTAL ARTIST! The front desk staff, Rebecca and Melanie have always been kind, informative, and appropriately friendly. The dental technicians are seemingly well-learned in the area of dental techs. Thank you again Dr. Gonzalez for making me a happy patient! I'm sending my mother and husband next!
