Excellent BBQ, pulled chicken and brisket smoked to perfection! Brisket was juicy, neither needed any BBQ sauce (very tasty). The coleslaw was fresh, broccoli steamed just right and fresh brewed sweet iced tea! Even though they were short handed(waitresses), the service was excellent! We will return!!

The price:portion ratio is generous and the food very tasty but the last few times they have forgotten to offer / I've forgotten to ask for sauce on the way out. Neither the brisket nor the smoked meats are dry but I'm telling you so you don't forget.

Enjoyed my first of many more to come experiences at Roots. The smell alone was worth it. Ordered the pulled pork egg rolls and the fancy clucker sandwich. Neither disappointed! Friend ordered the fried pickles and a pulled pork sandwich. The pickles were delicious! Looking forward to going back soon! Staff was friendly, place was clean, we were greeted and seated within a timely manner.

Go there!! Brisket is so good!! Everything’s been really great there!! We go often since we’re working near Almont but live 2 hours away... Bacon cheesecake is fun. Notchos are huge. Just go there!!
