Stopped by for Taco Thursday. Placed my order. Sat in line behind a van at the window. Got to the window, sat in line for ANOTHER 15 minutes. Was asked to pull up as the line was mounting behind me. I asked how long it would be as I already had been there for a half hour! Not long she said. So I pull up and waited ANOTHER 15 minutes. Went into the building, she was just coming out with my food, I said "Mam, I can't wait much longer, I have been here for 45 minutes...." Well, I was just bringing it out....I told her Mam, I have been here for 45 minutes!!! She handed me my food and screamed at me "HAVE A NICE DAY MAM!!!"....Rude and nasty behavior have no business there. I won't be back.

Popped in there tonight hoping to pick up some Thursdays "Taco Night". After ordering, I was behind a van that was at the window for 15 minutes. I get up to the window and paid. Waited ANOTHER 15 minutes. Woman comes to the window, can you pull up please, the food will be right out. So being a courteous person, I pulled up. Waited ANOTHER 15 minutes. Get out of my car to go in and see where the food was or get a refund, lobby is crowded. She's walking up from behind the counter with the food and I said "Can you tell me how much longer, I have been here for 30 minutes" "Oh I was just bringing it out" I said "30 minutes, I have been here waiting" without hesitation she screamed at me "HAVE A NOCE DAY!!!!!!!!" Horrible customer service. Long time customer and I won't be back.
