Visit last night, beverage area very dirty. Crates of milk sitting unrefrigerated in open not only parisable, but blocking customer access to cold cases. Clerk walked away before transaction was fully complete! No bag or receipt given or even offered. Clerk was actually shopping in asiles putting things in a bag and said, with in an angry tone, I'd have to wait a few minutes if I needed a receipt and bag. Trip week prior saw a mentailly ill person at door threatinging people if they did not buy them cigaretts, following some to their cars. The store was better staffed that trip but still dirty. Trip prior saw clerks more interested in chatting with one another instead of helping check people out. This location has been fine for years, but lately something seems off.

Such a Rude Customer Service... I entered to this 7-11 to buy something to drink, and could not find a Straw, so I asked the male who was standing behind the cashier if he can give me a Straw. Standing behind the cashier the male around 5' 6" and having a black Bear and a short hair and Carrying such a Crock and disrespectful face took the Straw and threw it on the desk. He wasn't even looking or smiling to the customers as he kept looking on his phone, probably he wasn't watching very important episode on his phone, who knows?? Now 7-11 we all do love money, and want to make money, but at least teach your Employees what we call it... A Smile on the face and...... A Good Customer Service..... Good Job.....
