Horrible drive thru service. I only ordered waffles and when they were giving to me they were cold. I went back to let it be known and the young guy at the window asked me if I wanted him to put my waffles in the toaster again. I couldn't believe that I was asked such a question. What is this white castle teaching their employees about safe health habits knowing that THERE IS A COVID 19 PANDEMIC OUTBREAK AGAIN ALONG WITH MONKEY POX. I SAID NO PLEASE MAKE ME FRESH WAFFLES AND HE ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME. 4 MINUTES LATER I RECEIVED WAFFLES THAT WAS BURNT AND NOT EDIBLE. SMH, AND PEOPLE REALLY WANT TO TALK ABOUT SERVICE IN DETROIT AND CLOSE BY CITY'S. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. DETROIT IS 100,% BETTER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALSO HAS GREAT FOOD.

Every time I end up stuck in drive thru for 15-25 minutes. Even with only 3 cars ahead of me, it took over 20 minutes. Employees are rude, worse restaurant in the area

Place needs to shore up food safety issues...stopped Sunday early afternoon, place was busy. Several hours later I was violently Ill..the only thing that I ate all day was this. I'm partially through Monday and am still having issue. I don't want any, just clean food and. Work on it.

Review on the Chesterfield Mi Whiten Castle. Food was fresh when we came last Monday! Very friendly and kind and my grand mother enjoyed her sliders!
