I was gifted a ring from this store. It very scratched up and the person that gifted it to me paid way to much. I have priced similar pieces that were 20% to 80% cheaper. Very nice customer service the treayed the person who gifted me the ring very well. Just over priced.

Bring the piece in and ask to see Paul or Yan (the owners). They occasionally buy jewelry.
I’m sure there’s a statistic on just about everything, but I’m not aware of any statistical information on this specific subject. My best advice is to take your jewelry to an established jeweler with a good reputation. Indian Creek has served the KC metro for 24 years and take in hundreds of repairs a year. While we’re not perfect, we’re pretty proud of the service we provide.
