I will never shop with Vans again. There is nothing wrong with the store personnel or anything. My complaint is against the company itself. They change prices and then change stock and inventory amounts after you make your purchase online. To find out you ordered something and paid for it then was told there was no inventory when you went to pick up is ridiculous. I may be only one person, but I'm one person they will never get another penny from by running their business this way.

While I was in line, I explained to the greeter what I was wanting and they were able to have it ready by the time I walked into the store. The salesperson Mason was able to make an additional recommendation and Tai at the checkouts was amazing. I was able to find and purchase exactly what I was looking for at a cheaper price than the department store I originally planned on going to in 5 minutes. I wish I could give them above 5 stars for how amazing the staff is and how clean and organized the store was (especially on a busy saturday). I will definitely be returning.

Good selection, my son liked his new skate shoes. But came looking for shark week shoes which they advertised but did not have. Stupid corporate marketers should not promote what they do not stock.

Great Vans Store, wide variety of clothes & shoes. A nice selection skateboards & accessories. They don’t carry some of the limited Edition Shoes like Silo downtown.
