Very good! Staff were welcoming, attentive and responsive to all our questions. The staff did their best getting patients in and out, but Saturdays are their busiest day - way too many people for only one optometrist on site.

Dr. Hopper has been my eye doctor for many years and has always been an excellent optometrist, very professional and concerned about her patients. I once had a problem with my vision and he responded quickly. He was aware of it until it was resolved. Thank you Dr for your services.

Left here a little bit ago today and was NOT disappointed!! The person who helped me pick out my glasses and price my contacts was Lissette, she was amazingly patient, honest about what didn't look good, and helped me pick out things I liked that worked with my budget. The manager, however, her name is Carmen. She was very informative, friendly, and all around helpful! I have avoided coming here because it's in Homestead and finding wuality in Homestead is very difficult... but they are BOTH gems and gave amazing service. I would 1000% recommend either of them and would return anytime.

Hello maura! Visionworks accepts 1000s of different insurances. Please feel free to stop by your local store, and they can go over that plan with you.
Unfortunately we do not. But we have amazing promotions! As well you can check with your insurance if they reimburse you back if you go out of network.
In many case we do offer one hour service. But if we do not have your prescription in stock then we’d have to order and it can take up to 7-14 business days.
If you have a valid prescription from an outside doctor we do accept it. If you don’t have it in hand then we can call and have it faxed to our office. If you’re in need of an exam we have an amazing Doctor! She’s super attentive to all her patients!
