Worst customer service ever!!!!! you order your stuff and never receive them. Have a order number and tell me you don’t see my order number or name. Place needs to be shut done. No professionalism at all. Don’t even have the Curtesy of calling back. No tracking info at all. Bunch of the thieves.

for a long time following them on instagram and finally I had the opportunity to go .. and I left disappointed since the girl who attended me at the front with a bad attitude. I asked her questions about prices and she answered me in a bad way.. they put me in a waiting room for a long time to be attended by the one who was going to give me the consultation and she did the same I feel so uncomfortable . It was my birthday so I was going to treat me with a couple treatments but when I saw how she behaved with me I decided better not to do any more treatments with them .. especially if you are Hispanic or Latina I feel they give bad treatment I do not recommend this place at all . They lost a client with me and and I will definitely stop following them on Instagram.

Went to lasermepleasemiami(flawless icon) for a keloid treatment, after checking in I asked for the person who did me before. I was told by the receptionist/ everything that Melonie did not work on Monday. After getting my hair removal done, my brother was removing a tag off this face, it was bleeding so bad and the short hair receptionist/ everything did not know what to do. She had to call Melonie/Manager. She said she is watching the procedures done and she can do it because she is going to nursing school. I asked her how far she reaches, she don’t even know. Lol. I got scared and ask her for a little piece of document to say I did not receive the treatment. Her reply was she cannot do that. Then I requested a refund. Said only the manager can do refunds as I was talking to the rude low hair, highly make up lady, she walked away. I call the CC company to file a dispute of my money without service. Visited again. I was told by that same lady dressed in a night gown that I cannot receive the service because I disputed the service. I corrected her, letting her know that I did not disputed the service, I disputed the fact that I didn’t received the service and she refuses to give me back my money. Ask to speak to the manager. Was told the manager is in a treatment and I will have to wait well over 3 hours. The manager cannot speak to you and you have incompetent people running your business. Just to say, never let an unprofessional person inject anything into your body, ask for proper identification before service and payments. Going to nursing school does not give you injectable skills and a license to do so. Graduating from nursing school without passing the board and having experience does not give you privileges to operate a business like that.
